Modern Instrument for Spirituality

A creative path to Spiritual Well-Being: The Jewish Photographer

Photography is my beit midrash with light. As The Jewish Photographer, I use the camera to explore Jewish memory, ritual, and everyday holiness — from lifecycle moments and communal gatherings to experimental visual midrash.

This work sits at the intersection of art, spiritual practice, and community life. It asks a simple question: what happens when we treat the lens not only as a way of recording events, but as a tool for seeing ourselves and our stories anew?

Projects include documentary photography of contemporary Jewish life, visual Midrash series based on classic texts, and collaborative experiences that invite participants to see their own lives as part of the unfolding Jewish story.
